Purple Sea Moss, also known as (Gracilaria is a common form of seaweed harvested from the Caribbean ocean off the coast of Jamaica. Purple Sea Moss is some times gathered from St. Lucia and has more nutrients, and vitamins like Folate, Iodine, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Phosphorus. In addition, Purple Sea Moss (Gracilaria) contains a highcontein of phytonutrients and antioxidants called Anthocyanins, which are commonly found in some fruits and vegetables.
