  1. Fill infuser with whole loose organic herbal tea or your kind. (Note: Do not fill infuser all the way to top. Allow loose tea to expand in water.)
  2. Place infuser back into teapot.
  3.  Boil spring water in separat pot on stove, allow hot water to rest for 30 seconds before useing.
  4. Carefully pour water over infuser into teapot. Allow herbal tea to steep from infuser for 3-5 minutes. (Steeping herbal tea for more than 5 minutes may result in bitter taste.)
  5. Pour your herbla tea into mug add natural sweetner of your choice.
