How Do I Make Sea Moss Gel?

Lots of people are consuming sea moss gel more than ever. But most people don't know how to prepare sea moss gel for themselves. Here, I will show you how to do just that, but first you will need very little tools and two mane ingredients.

Let's make your first jar of sea moss gel, 92 minerals of good health. After making your first jar of sea moss gel, you will be on the path to a healthier lifestyle. Let's dive into the sea of minerals.


First, you will need the following: Raw Sea Moss, spring water, 1-whole lime, 100% organic agave (optional), high powered blender ( my preference is a vita-mix blender), kitchen scale, large bowl, measuring cups & measuring spoons.


The agave is an optional choice for those who want a sweet tasting sea moss gel. Some people like it without the sweetness and some don't, It's all up to you.


Now let's get started!



Ingredients

  • 1 oz. of Spook's 92 minerals raw organic sea moss

  • 4 cups spring water

  • 1 Lime

  • 2 Tbsps Agave (optional)


Follow Instructions:

  1. First you will take your sea moss and place on scale to make sure you have 1.0 oz's of raw organic sea moss.

  2. Rinse raw sea moss thoroughly under tap water.

  3. Place rehydrate raw sea moss into a large bowl.

  4. Add 4 cups of spring water to bowl of rehydrate sea moss.

  5. Cut lime into two pieces and squares lime juice into bowl. Drop both pieces of cut lime into bowl.

  6. Let raw sea moss soak for 4 hours on kitchen counter or 6 hours in refrigerator. NOTE: sea moss will expand to 5 - 6 oz's.

  7. After sea moss have soaked, remove it from the water into a strainer.

  8. Rinse sea moss thoroughly a second time under tap water.

You want to look at your sea moss very good, to make sure that its thoroughly clean.


9. Place raw sea moss into blender

10. Add 2 cups clean spring water, and blend for 3 mins. or until smooth. Add more spring water by a 1/2 cup as needed to blender. If your sea moss blend has a watery consistency, just start by adding 0.5 of sea moss to it at a time, and blend a little more.
