  • Where is my order & shipping status?
    Dear Customer Once we receive that your order was placed, we will send a confirmation email along with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order. You will then get a second email after your order was shipped. Along with the link to track your shipment to your front door.
  • How long dose it take for my order to be shipped?
    Shipping Time Delivery time can very depending on location and products that was orderd. The ordering proces time is normlly 24 to 36 hours to shipping.
  • What if my order gets lost or damaged?
    Lost or Damaged Goods We advise all customers to read our Shipping Policy page.
  • Where is my package, why was my order retuned?"
    Retuned To Origin If you didn't recived your order, it's because your shippmet was Retuned To Origin do to worng address. We will contact you directly if we recived a retuned order.
  • Do you ship outside the U.S?
    Were Do We Ship We are currently only shipping in the U.S at this time.
  • How can I change my order?
    If you wish to change your order please call use directly. A oerder can only be canged before the order is processed.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Once your order is placed, you have only 24 hours to contact by email or call directly so that we can cancel you order. If not your order will be processed and can't be undone.
  • How do I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    We can chagne youe shipping address only if your order has not been shipped. You will have 24 to email or call directly to change the shipping address.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept debit and or any major credit cards. You can also pay using PayPal, Sezzle, Klarna or Apple pay
